1. How do I purchase a Wild & Pree gift card?
   Simply choose the amount, check out, and receive the gift card via email.
   

2. How do I send the gift card to my intended recipient?

   • Use the "SEND AS A GIFT" option to send the gift card directly to your intended recipient's email address. Or
   • Use the "SEND TO ME" option to recieve the gift card yourself, and then forward the email to the recipient or enter their email address at checkout for direct delivery.
     
     

3. How are gift cards delivered?
   Gift cards are digital and sent to the email provided during checkout.

4. Can I choose schedule delivery time as the exact date of the ocassion? 
   Yes. You can choose both the date and time of email delivery to your recipient. 
   
   
5. Can I personalize the gift card message/greeting? 
   Yes! You can provide a text message, AND should you wish, even add a video message!
   
   

6. Where can I use my gift card?
   Gift cards can be redeemed on any Wild & Pree product. Enter the code at checkout.

7. Do gift cards expire?
   Gift cards do not expire.

8. Can I use a gift card with other promotions?
   Yes! Gift cards can be combined with any active promotion or discount.

9. Can I return or refund a gift card?
   Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

10. What happens if I lose my gift card code?
